Allanha Villa and Apartments – A villa sleeping up to 6 people and 2 apartments each sleeping up to 2 people.

Allanha Villa and Apartments are set within their own private gardens. The properties are built in an 'L' shape with Apartment # 1 adjoining the villa.

THE LOCATION:-

Situated in a pleasant, palm tree-lined residential avenue in Sunset Crest - within the parish of St. James - on Barbados’ beautiful 'platinum' west coast, Allanha is only a 2 minute walk from the superb white sandy beaches - washed by the crystal-clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea - where many water sports are available, including scuba diving and snorkelling.

Guests staying at Allanha have free access to the pool at The Beach House (where there is free wireless Internet access) - only a 2 minute walk away.

Two world-class golf courses - The Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane - are within easy reach and an excellent selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are located in Sunset Crest & Holetown. Other amenities including the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre - with its shops, cafes & cinemas, plus lots more - bars, banks, a supermarket, Post Office, medical centres, a cyber café an air-conditioned shopping mall - with duty free shops - are also within easy walking distance.

THE ACCOMMODATION:-

ALLANHA VILLA is an attractive property. It has a private garden to the rear and a veranda furnished with a dining table and chairs. There are tables, chairs, sunshades, loungers and a gas barbecue within the garden.

The villa has a very comfortable lounge that opens out to a light and airy garden room with a dining area at one end and a relaxing area at the other. The lounge includes sofas and chairs, a coffee table, cable TV, a DVD player and a radio. Wi-Fi Internet access is also available if required.

There is a wall safe for guests' valuables.

The large, well-equipped kitchen includes an oven & hob, a microwave, fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glassware and an iron and ironing board. There is also a hairdryer available for guests' use.

The 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning units. One bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and a fan and the others have 2 single beds and a fan.

There are 2 shower/w.c. rooms.

The villa and both apartments each have a telephone that share a party line, (for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls - which are free).

ALLANHA APARTMENTS (# 1 & # 2) each have a private, shaded veranda - furnished with a table & chairs and a padded seat - overlooking the garden where sunshades, loungers and a gas barbecue are available for guests’ use.

Each apartment has an open plan sleeping/living/kitchen area which is well-equipped and includes an oven & hob, a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glassware and an iron and ironing board.

The living areas are equipped with a ceiling fan and an air-conditioning unit. Other facilities include a radio, CD player, a wall safe and a hairdryer.

Both apartments have 2 single beds that can be made up as a king size bed. Each apartment has a shower/w.c. room.

Apartment # 2 has the same facilities as Apartment # 1 but with the addition of a TV (local channel only) and a DVD player. (The TV & DVD player can be placed in Apt. # 1 if required).

Wi-Fi Internet access is also available if required.

The villa and both apartments each have a telephone that share a party line, (for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls - which are free).

You will receive a warm welcome on arrival at Allanha as the owner (or in her absence, a friend of the owner) will be there to meet and greet you. They will happily answer any questions you may have regarding your stay in Barbados.

To calculate the cost per person, please divide the rates by the number of people sharing.

Villa for up to 4 people: £ 110.00 per night.

Villa for 5 to 6 people: £ 140.00 per night.

1 Apartment for up to 2 people: £ 59.00 per night.

Both Apartments for up to 4 people: £ 118.00 per night.

15^th April 2012 -
14^th December 2012

Villa for up to 4 people: £ 70.00 per night.

Villa for 5 to 6 people: £ 110.00 per night.

1 Apartment for up to 2 people: £ 40.00 per night.

Both Apartments for up to 4 people: £ 63.00 per night.

15^th December 2012 -

14^th April 2013

Villa for up to 4 people: £ 110.00 per night.

Villa for 5 to 6 people: £ 140.00 per night.

1 Apartment for up to 2 people: £ 59.00 per night.

Both Apartments for up to 4 people: £ 118.00 per night.

Allanha Villa & Apartments are owned by the same person and they can be rented together or separately.

The above rates include all taxes, gas, electricity, maid service (twice a week), towels (except beach towels), and linen (changed twice a week).

Air-conditioning charges are included in the above rates for the villa.

Air-conditioning charges for both of the apartments are payable via meters that accept £1 (GBP 1) coins which can be provided locally. The cost is £1 (GBP 1) for 2 hours.

YOU WILL HAVE SOLE USE OF THE VILLA OR APARTMENT REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY.

Price promise: You should not find these properties advertised for less anywhere else. If you do, please let me know.

OPTIONAL EXTRA:-

A pre-arranged transfer from Grantley Adams Airport to Allanha. (Approx. 40 minute drive. BDS$ 65-BDS$ 80).

HOW TO BOOK/TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. (This is in order to keep the rates low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business).

A deposit cheque (or Banker's Draft/International Money Order if you are not resident in the UK) for £ 200.00 is required to secure a booking at Allanha Villa.

A deposit cheque (or Banker's Draft/International Money Order if you are not resident in the UK) for £ 100.00 is required to secure a booking at Allanha Apartments.

Once I have received your deposit payment I will send you a Booking Confirmation, together with my 'Car Hire' and 'Before you Travel' information.

A cheque (or Banker's Draft/International Money Order if you are not resident in the UK) for the balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival at Allanha.

Should the booking be made less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date at the accommodation, the full payment will be due.

Full payment must be completed before your stay commences. Therefore, any ‘late’ bookings must be made and finalised no less than 10 days prior to your arrival at Allanha.

The following cancellation charges apply:-

Cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date - Loss of deposit.

Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date – Loss of 100% of the total cost.

As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10 to 14 days before you arrive in Barbados you will receive a useful information pack that includes maps and many general tips designed to help you get the most out of your holiday.
