Aqua Bliss is a spacious, detached, privately owned villa - with its own swimming pool and sun deck.

THE LOCATION:-

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a palm tree-lined residential avenue in Sunset Crest - within the parish of St. James - on Barbados’ beautiful 'platinum' west coast. The villa is only a 6 minute walk from the superb white sandy beaches - washed by the crystal-clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea - where many water sports, including scuba diving and snorkelling, are available.

Two world-class golf courses - The Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane - are within easy reach and an excellent selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are located in Sunset Crest & Holetown. Other amenities including bars, banks, a supermarket, post office, medical centres, a cyber café and an air-conditioned shopping mall - with duty free shops - are also within easy walking distance.

THE ACCOMMODATION:-

Aqua Bliss is tastefully furnished throughout. The open-plan living/kitchen area includes a ceiling fan, a comfortable rattan sofa and chairs, a coffee table, a small breakfast table and chairs, Cable TV, a DVD player and a telephone for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls - which are free. An additional telephone is located in the master bedroom. Wi-fi Internet access is also available for guests.

The well-equipped, kitchen has a ceiling fan, granite worktops, a double sink, large fridge/freezer, an electric built-in wall oven with a counter-top stove, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, an iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery and glassware. A washer and dryer are located in an outhouse.

The living area opens out to the shaded veranda - furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs - and with views to the pool, sun deck and private, landscaped, tropical gardens. The veranda is ideal for al fresco dining and watching the spectacular sunsets. The patio area adjacent to the pool offers 4 sun loungers, a table & chairs, a sunshade and a charcoal BBQ. There is also a poolside changing room with a shower, basin and toilet.

The air-conditioned master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, vanity unit, a hairdryer and a ceiling fan. This room benefits from an en suite shower/w.c. room.

There is a separate shower/w.c room off the hall.

The second air-conditioned bedroom includes 2 single beds that can be made up as a king size bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, a vanity unit, and a ceiling fan.

The third air-conditioned bedroom - which has direct access to the pool deck - includes a double bed, a wardrobe, vanity unit and a standing lamp.

A small safe is provided for guests’ valuables.

There is a parking space for guests at Aqua Bliss should you wish to hire a car during your stay.

The owner's representative will meet and greet you on your arrival at Aqua Bliss. She will give you a warm Bajan welcome and she will happily answer any questions that you may have regarding your stay in Barbados.

THE PRICES:-

Price promise: You should not find this property advertised for less anywhere else. If you do, please let me know.

The RATES (in pounds sterling) for renting Aqua Bliss are:-

15^th April - 14^th December	Up to 6 people: Ł 170.00 per night.* * SPECIAL OFFER UNDER-OCCUPANCY RATES AVAILABLE FOR THIS PERIOD. PLEASE ENQUIRE.
15th December - 2nd January	Up to 6 people: Ł 250.00 per night.
3rd January - 14th April	Up to 6 people: Ł 227.00 per night.
For bookings of more than 14 nights a discount of 5% is applicable for any subsequent days.

The rates shown above include all taxes, maid service 3 times a week, electricity (including air-conditioning), linen and towels (including beach towels).

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:-

A pre-arranged taxi transfer from Grantley Adams Airport to Aqua Bliss (approx. 40 minutes drive).

Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. (This is in order to keep the rates low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business).

A deposit cheque or Banker's Draft for 25% is required to secure a booking.

Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable.

Once I have received your deposit payment, I will send you a Booking Confirmation together with some car hire details which include a 10% discount on selected car rentals.

A cheque or Banker's Draft for the balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival at Aqua Bliss.

As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10 to 14 days before you arrive in Barbados you will receive a useful information pack that includes unique offers for use on my friends’ personalised boat trips, as well as maps and many general tips designed to help you get the most out of your holiday.

"I want to let you know what a wonderful time we had.

We thought the villa was beautiful - absolutely superb, tastefully furnished, clean, every convenience possible.

We couldn’t fault it and we felt so privileged to be there - an ideal spot for us, nice and quiet but close to all of the facilities in Sunset Crest. I am so glad we pushed the boat out and went for the villa with the pool, that just made it for us – luxury !

The children went out one morning with Bill in his boat and that was their highlight. He was so helpful & friendly. They loved every minute, learnt some interesting facts and even brought home 'catch of the day' for our meal - snapper and coral trout - they cooked it themselves according to Bill’s recipe for us in the evening !!

They all loved the snorkelling and went swimming with the turtles which were just out from the beach at Paynes Bay - and I even did that too with a snorkel on my last morning. Then I swam back on my own feeling very pleased with myself, to find that when I was half way back that a very, very large turtle had followed me and came up for air right next to me !! The boys loved body surfing at Crane beach and I enjoyed watching them !

That just leaves me to say a huge thank you for facilitating such a wonderful holiday for us and I hope we can do it again some time .
