Bliss Villa is an attractive, spacious, detached, privately owned villa - with its own swimming pool and sun deck.

THE LOCATION:-

Situated in a quiet, palm tree-lined residential avenue in Sunset Crest - within the parish of St. James - on Barbados’ beautiful 'platinum' west coast. The villa is only a 6 minute walk from the superb white sandy beaches - washed by the crystal-clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea - where many water sports including scuba diving and snorkelling are available.

Two world-class golf courses - The Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane - are within easy reach and an excellent selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are located within Sunset Crest & Holetown. Other amenities including bars, banks, a supermarket, post office, medical centres, a cyber café and an air-conditioned shopping mall - with duty free shops - are also within easy walking distance.

THE ACCOMMODATION:-

Bliss Villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished throughout, and the open-plan living and dining areas are equipped with ceiling fans.

The living area - which is accessed by 2 sets of French doors - opens out to the shaded veranda furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs - ideal for al fresco dining and watching the spectacular sunsets. The veranda offers views to the pool, sun deck and the private, landscaped, tropical gardens.

There are 2 comfortable patio chairs and a 2-seater cane chair. The patio area and sundeck have the addition of 2 sun loungers and a garden seat. A charcoal BBQ is also provided for guests’ use.

The living area offers cable TV, a DVD player, 2 coffee tables, a cane sofa, armchairs and a sofa bed – which allows this room to be used as an extra sleeping area for up to 2 people.

The dining area offers a cane dining table and 6 chairs, plus a bar with 2 stools and a wine rack. The bar area offers easy access to the kitchen via an archway, giving continuity and an open feel to the 2 rooms.

Other facilities include a telephone for accepting incoming calls and for making outgoing local calls - which are free. Wi-fi Internet access is also available for guests.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, an oven & hob, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, an iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry room that is located next to the kitchen, and there is a rotary washing line to the rear of the villa.

The air-conditioned master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, a vanity unit with a hairdryer, a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan. This bedroom benefits from an en suite shower/w.c. room and there is a separate shower/w.c. room off the hallway.

The second air-conditioned bedroom offers beds that can be made up as a king size or 2 singles. It is fitted with wardrobes, a vanity unit, bedside table and lamp, a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan.

A small safe is provided for guests’ valuables.

Guests staying at Bliss Villa also have free access to the pool at The Beach House (where there is free wireless Internet access) - only a 6 minute walk away - and guests are also entitled to discounts in various restaurants, shops and the local tennis courts.

There is a private parking space directly outside the gate at Bliss Villa, should guests wish to hire a car during their stay.

The owner's representative will meet and greet you on your arrival at Bliss Villa. She will give you a warm Bajan welcome and she will happily answer any questions that you may have regarding your holiday in Barbados.

THE PRICES:-

Price promise: You should not find this property advertised for less anywhere else. If you do, please let me know.

(To calculate the cost per person, please divide the rates by the number of people sharing).

The RATES (in pounds sterling) for renting Bliss Villa are:-

15^th April - 14^th December	Up to 4 people: Ł 125.00 per night. 5 people: Ł 135.00 per night. 6 people: Ł 145.00 per night.
15th December - 2nd January	Up to 4 people: Ł 186.00 per night. 5 people: Ł 196.00 per night. 6 people: Ł 206.00 per night.
3rd January - 14th April	Up to 4 people: Ł 164.00 per night. 5 people: Ł 174.00 per night. 6 people: Ł 184.00 per night.
For bookings of more than 14 nights a discount of 5% is applicable for any subsequent days.

The rates shown above include all taxes, maid service 3 times a week, electricity (including air-conditioning), linen and towels (including beach towels).

OPTIONAL EXTRA:-

A pre-arranged taxi transfer from Grantley Adams Airport to Bliss Villa (approx. 40 minutes drive).

Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. (This is in order to keep the rates low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business).

A deposit cheque or Banker's Draft for 25% is required to secure a booking.

Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable.

Once I have received your deposit payment, I will send you a Booking Confirmation together with some car hire details which include a 10% discount on selected car rentals.

A cheque or Banker's Draft for the balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival at Bliss Villa.

As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10 to 14 days before you arrive in Barbados you will receive a useful information pack that includes unique offers for use on my friends’ personalised boat trips, as well as maps and many general tips designed to help you get the most out of your holiday.
