THE ACCOMMODATION:-
 Daybreak
is comfortably furnished throughout and the
dining room includes Cable TV (featuring free cable news channels), a DVD
player, a CD player, a radio, a sofa, a large dining table with 6
chairs (plus 2 additional chairs), a bookcase with a large selection of books, a
ceiling fan and a telephone for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing
local calls – which are free.
Hi speed Internet
access is also available for guests.
 The dining room opens
out to the secure, covered
patio area
furnished with a cane garden furniture suite and a coffee table. The patio
is ideal for al fresco snacks and drinks - and for watching the spectacular sunsets
and the monkeys bounding around in the gardens at dawn and dusk. There are views over the private, landscaped, tropical gardens and the
adjacent, quiet, secluded
park area. 2 sun loungers are provided for guests' use.
The
large lounge can also be used as a 4th bedroom. It offers a leather, crescent shaped
sofa suite, a coffee table, an occasional table and lamp, a double sofa bed
with 2 bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and vanity unit - plus a desk/table,
a ceiling fan and wall lights.
 The well-equipped
kitchen has tiled worktops and it includes a large fridge/freezer, an
electric oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster,
crockery, cutlery and glassware plus an iron and ironing board. A door
leads out from the kitchen to the gardens, where a rotary clothes dryer is
located.
 The
spacious, air-conditioned master bedroom is located at the end of a hallway
which is furnished with a vanity unit and wardrobes. This bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, a bedside
table, wardrobes, a vanity unit, wall lights, a bench settee, 2 easy chairs,
a safe and a ceiling fan. This room benefits from an en suite shower/w.c. room.
A washer/dryer is also located in the master bedroom.
The second
air-conditioned bedroom includes 2 single beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe,
a vanity unit, wall lights and a ceiling fan. This room benefits from an en
suite shower/w.c. room.
The third
air-conditioned bedroom includes 2 single beds, a wardrobe, vanity unit,
wall lights and a ceiling fan. This room benefits from an en suite shower/w.c.
room.
There is a separate
shower/w.c. room with a hand basin adjacent to the kitchen.
There is a driveway
and a lock-up garage for guests should they wish to hire a car during their
stay.
 The owner's
representative, Heather, will meet and greet you on your arrival at
Daybreak. She will give you a warm Bajan welcome and she will
happily answer any questions that you may have regarding your stay in
Barbados. Heather will also be happy to lend you a small mobile charcoal
barbecue if wish to use this during your stay.

A pre-arranged transfer from Grantley Adams Airport to Daybreak. (Approx. 40 minute drive.
BDS$ 65-BDS$ 80).
A welcome pack of groceries can be ordered to your specification.
It will be delivered to the villa prior to your arrival and you will be
required to pay for the goods after you arrive.
A villa maid cleaning service is available for an additional charge of
BDS$ 30 (currently approx. £
10.00) per half day.
The
number of days during occupancy that this service is required may be
confirmed and paid for when making a booking for the villa, or sometime
prior to your arrival at the villa. Alternatively, you are welcome to
arrange the cleaning service after you arrive at the villa.
RESTRICTIONS:-
Sorry, no bookings will be accepted from school/college sports tours or
parties of young people travelling without their parents/guardians.
HOW TO BOOK/TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

Credit card
payments are not accepted at this time. (This is in order to keep the rates
low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business).
A deposit cheque
(or Banker's Draft/International Money Order
if you are not resident in the UK) for 25% is required to secure a booking. Once I have received your deposit payment I will
send you
a Booking Confirmation,
together with my 'Car Hire' and 'Before you Travel' information.
A cheque (or Banker's Draft/International
Money Order if
you are not resident in the UK)
for the balance will be required 8 weeks prior to
your arrival at Daybreak.
Should the booking be made less
than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date at the accommodation, the full
payment will be due.
Full payment must be completed before your stay commences. Therefore, any
‘late’ bookings must be made and finalised no less than 10 days prior to
your arrival at Daybreak.
The following cancellation charges
apply:-
Cancellation
more than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date - Loss of deposit.
Cancellation
less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date – Loss of 100% of the total
cost.
As with all holidays, travel
insurance is strongly recommended.
10 to 14 days before you arrive in Barbados you will receive a useful information pack
that includes
maps and
many general tips designed to help you get the most out of your holiday.
