Allanha Villa and Apartments – A villa sleeping up to 4 people and 2 apartments each sleeping up to 2 people.

This attractive, privately owned, 2 bedroom villa and 2 adjoining studio apartments may be rented separately or together, therefore they are ideal for a couple, a family or a large group of friends.

Allanha Villa and Apartments are set within their own private gardens in a pleasant, palm tree-lined residential avenue in Sunset Crest - within the parish of St. James - on the beautiful 'platinum' west coast of Barbados

Allanha is only a 2 minute walk from the superb white sandy beaches - washed by the crystal-clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea - where many water sports are available, including scuba diving and snorkelling. Allanha is also only a 2 minute walk from The Beach House (formerly The Baku Beach Club) where guests have free access to the pool, bar and restaurant.

Several local tennis courts are available for hire and 2 world-class golf courses - The Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane - are within easy reach.

An excellent selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are located in Sunset Crest & Holetown. Other amenities including bars, banks, a supermarket, post office, medical centres, a cyber café an air-conditioned shopping mall - with duty free shops - are also within easy walking distance.

ALLANHA VILLA has a private garden to the rear and a patio furnished with a dining table and chairs. There are tables, chairs, sunshades, loungers and a barbecue within the garden.

The villa has a very comfortable lounge that opens out to a light and airy garden room with a dining area at one end and a relaxing area at the other. The lounge includes sofas and chairs, a coffee table, cable TV, a DVD player and a radio.

There is a wall safe for guests' valuables.

The large, well-equipped kitchen includes an oven & hob, a microwave, fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned - one is fitted with a queen size bed and a fan and the other has 2 single beds and a fan.

A shower/w.c. room separates the bedrooms and it is therefore convenient to both.

The villa and both apartments each have a telephone that share a party line, (for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls - which are free).

ALLANHA APARTMENTS (1 and 2) each have a private, shaded veranda overlooking the garden where sunshades, loungers and a barbecue are available for guests’ use.

Each apartment has an open plan sleeping/living/kitchen area which is well-equipped and includes an oven & hob, a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The living areas are equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Other facilities include a radio, CD player and a wall safe.

Both apartments have 2 single beds that can be made up as a king size bed. Each apartment has a shower/w.c. room.

Apartment 2 has the same facilities as Apartment 1 but with the addition of a TV (local channel only).

The villa and both apartments each have a telephone that share a party line, (for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls - which are free).

You will receive a warm welcome on arrival at Allanha as the owner (or in her absence, a friend of the owner) will be there to meet and greet you. They will happily answer any questions you may have regarding your stay in Barbados.

Price promise: You should not find these properties advertised for less anywhere else. If you do, please let me know.

The rates shown above include all taxes, gas, electricity, maid service (twice a week *), linen (changed once a week) and towels - except beach towels - (changed twice a week).

* Your maid will also do your washing if required.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:-

A pre-arranged taxi transfer from Grantley Adams Airport to Allanha (approx. 40 minutes drive).

Air-conditioning charges are payable locally. The cost is US$ 6 per apartment per night, and US$ 6 per bedroom per night in the villa.

Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. (This is in order to keep the rates low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business).

A deposit cheque or Banker's Draft for Ł 200.00 is required to secure a booking at Allanha Villa.

A deposit cheque or Banker's Draft for Ł 100.00 is required to secure a booking at Allanha Apartments.

Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable.

Once I have received your deposit payment, I will send you a Booking Confirmation together with some car hire details which include a 10% discount on selected car rentals.

A cheque or Banker's Draft for the balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival at Allanha.

As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
