NEW FOR 2008 ! Daybreak - For up to 8 people.

The villa is only a 6 minute walk from the superb white sandy beaches - washed by the crystal-clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea - where many water sports, including scuba diving and snorkelling, are available. The villa is also only a 6 minute walk from The Beach House (formerly The Baku Beach Club) where guests have free access to the pool, bar and restaurant.

Daybreak is comfortably furnished throughout and the dining room includes Cable TV, a double sofa bed, a large dining table with 6 chairs (plus 2 additional chairs), a bookcase with a large selection of books, a ceiling fan and a telephone for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls – which are free. (An additional telephone is located in the master bedroom).

The dining room opens out to the secure, covered patio area furnished with an 8-seater cane garden furniture suite. The patio is ideal for al fresco dining and watching the spectacular sunsets. It offers views over the private, landscaped, tropical gardens - complete with 2 sun loungers - and the quiet, secluded park area. There is a small mobile BBQ for guests' use. 

The large lounge can be used as a 4^th bedroom. It offers a leather, crescent shaped sofa suite, a coffee table, an occasional table and lamp, a double sofa bed with 2 bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and vanity unit, plus a desk/table, a ceiling fan and wall lights. There is also Internet access available in the lounge.

The well-equipped kitchen has tiled worktops and it includes a large fridge/freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware plus an iron and ironing board. 

The air-conditioned master bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, a bedside table, wardrobes, a vanity unit, wall lights, bench settee, 2 easy chairs, a safe and a ceiling fan. This room benefits from an en suite shower/w.c. room.

The second air-conditioned bedroom includes 2 single beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity unit, wall lights and a ceiling fan. This room benefits from an en suite shower/w.c. room. 

The third air-conditioned bedroom includes 2 single beds, a wardrobe, vanity unit, wall lights and a ceiling fan. This room benefits from an en suite shower/w.c. room.

There is a separate shower/w.c. room with a hand basin adjacent to kitchen – this room can be used by guests occupying the lounge/4^th bedroom or visitors.

There is a driveway and a lock-up garage for guests should they wish to hire a car during your stay.

The owner's representative, Heather, will meet and greet you on your arrival at Daybreak. Heather will give you a warm Bajan welcome and she will happily answer any questions that you may have regarding your stay in Barbados.

 

Price promise: You should not find this property advertised for less anywhere else. If you do, please let me know. The RATES (in pounds sterling) for renting Daybreak are:- (To calculate the cost per person, please divide the rates by the number of people sharing).

15th December - 14th April	Up to 2 people sharing 1 bedroom: £ 95.00 per night.   2 to 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms: £ 110.00 per night.   3 to 6 people sharing 3 bedrooms: £ 120.00 per night.   4 to 8 people sharing 4 bedrooms: £ 140.00 per night.
15th April - 14th December	Up to 2 people sharing 1 bedroom: £ 70.00 per night.   2 to 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms: £ 80.00 per night.   3 to 6 people sharing 3 bedrooms: £ 90.00 per night.   4 to 8 people sharing 4 bedrooms: £ 110.00 per night.

The rates shown above include all taxes, electricity (including air-conditioning), linen and towels (including beach towels) changed every 2 days.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:-

A villa maid cleaning service is available for an additional charge of £ 10.00 per day. The number of days during occupancy that that this service is required should be confirmed and paid for when making a booking for the villa.

A pre-arranged taxi transfer from Grantley Adams Airport to Daybreak (approx. 40 minutes drive) can be arranged on request.

A welcome pack of groceries can be ordered to your specification. It will be delivered to the villa prior to your arrival and you will be required to pay for the goods on arrival.

RESTRICTIONS:-

Sorry, no bookings will be accepted from school/college sports tours or parties of young people travelling without their parents/guardians.

Credit card payments are not accepted at this time. (This is in order to keep the rates low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business).

A deposit cheque or Banker's Draft for 25% is required to secure a booking.

Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable.

Once I have received your deposit payment, I will send you a Booking Confirmation together with some car hire details which include a 10% discount on selected car rentals.

A cheque or Banker's Draft for the balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival at Daybreak.

As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
