These privately owned, pretty coral stone properties each comfortably sleep 2 people and will each accommodate a third person as camp-style beds can be provided. The Little House can be rented on its own, or together with The Garden Suite. The Little House & Garden Suite are located in the parish of St. Peter on the prestigious 'platinum' north west coast of Barbados. These private, self-contained havens enjoy magnificent panoramic views of Port St. Charles, the marina and the Caribbean Sea - just 1 and a half kilometres away. |

The Little House & The Garden Suite are peaceful, tranquil and stylish - the perfect places to unwind and rejuvenate both mind and body. You can totally relax and enjoy the romantic surroundings of the lush and tropical gardens. Watch the sea sparkle, the hummingbirds feeding and monkeys playing around the spacious terrace deck. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers and a wrought iron table & chairs. Take a cooling dip in the jacuzzi pool, utilise your culinary skills and barbeque some freshly-caught fish, or go down to the sea and swim with the turtles in the crystal clear blue waters. In the evenings, watch the spectacular sunsets followed by magical fireflies performing. See the marina lights and stars twinkle as you sip a cooling cocktail at the end of each day before falling gently asleep to the sounds of Barbados. On your arrival, Karen, the owner of The Little House & Garden Suite, will give you a very warm welcome. As she lives within the same grounds, she will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have regarding your stay. A car is highly recommended for you to get the most out of your
holiday and there is ample parking space for guests beside The Little House.
If you wish, Karen will arrange car hire for you. Alternatively, she can offer a chauffeur service should you require it.

‘YOUR OPTIONAL TAILOR-MADE HOLIDAY’). You will find every amenity, including banks, restaurants and shops in nearby historic Speightstown - about a mile, and less than a 5 minute drive away. Here you can sample the vibrant nightlife or indulge in a candlelit dinner by the sea.
Supermarkets, a cyber café, medical centres, a post office, banks and an air-conditioned shopping mall - with duty free shops - are located in Sunset Crest & Holetown just a short drive to the south of Port St. Charles and Speightstown. The Little House is a light and airy, very tastefully decorated, open-plan studio apartment. Thanks to its traditional-style jalousie windows, it can be kept comfortably cool inside by using the ceiling fans and without the need for air-conditioning. The sleeping area includes a double bed, (plus an optional camp-style bed if required), a wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. The comfortable living area offers a sofa, TV (local channel only), a DVD player, radio/CD player, a safe, hairdryer and a telephone - for accepting incoming and making outgoing local calls - which are free. (Outgoing international calls are charged at BDS$ 2 per minute).
The kitchen area opens out to the terrace and shaded gazebo - furnished with a rattan dining table, chairs and loungers - with views over the private, tropical garden and surrounding countryside. Guests staying at The Little House & The Garden Suite are welcome to use the outdoor laundry room that has full washing facilities and an iron & ironing board. The Garden Suite is situated on the other side of the pool deck, (located within the lower floor of Eversince - Karen's attractive 2 storey villa). It has its own lockable private access that opens out onto the pool deck. This tastefully decorated, self-contained, open-plan studio apartment offers an air-conditioned sleeping area with a spacious en suite shower/w.c. room. The apartment is furnished with a double bed, (plus an optional camp-style bed if required), fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and a small bistro-style table & chairs.* Other facilities include a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, a radio/CD player, a safe, hairdryer and a telephone - for accepting incoming and making outgoing local calls - which are free. (Outgoing international calls are charged at BDS$ 2 per minute). Kindly note that no smoking is permitted inside The Garden Suite. * Please also note that The Garden Suite does not have a kitchen, lounge area, TV, gazebo or private garden, therefore it is intended to be used as additional accommodation for parties of guests who book The Little House and require additional accommodation. The rates shown above include all taxes, electricity (including air-conditioning – only applicable for The Garden Suite), linen and towels (including beach towels). YOUR OPTIONAL 'TAILOR-MADE' HOLIDAY:- SEVERAL SERVICES CAN BE PROVIDED ON REQUEST TO SUIT YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS, THESE INCLUDE:- Celebrations, parties and
event management. Karen can take care of all of the arrangements, whatever
the occasion — maybe a dream wedding, birthday party, sales meeting or
holistic retreat. Karen can put together a
package to suit all tastes and budgets. Just advise her of the outline of
your event and she will come up with suggestions. You just relax and
enjoy...... Suzuki Alto - US$ 250/£ 125 per week/US$ 45/£ 22.50 per day. Mini Moke - US$ 200/£ 100 per week/US$ 35/£ 17.50 per day. Airport transfers (BDS$ 180/US$ 90/approx. £ 45 for collection from and delivery back to the airport – approx. 45 minutes journey time). Chauffeur services (for example: BDS$ 500/US$ 250/approx. £ 125 per week for journeys to and from the beach during the day and journeys to and from restaurants during the evenings).

(This is in order to keep the rates low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business). A deposit cheque or banker's draft for 25% is required to secure a booking. Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable. Once I have received your deposit payment, I will send you a Booking Confirmation together with some car hire details which include a 10% discount on selected car rentals. A cheque or banker's draft for the balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival at The Little House/The Little House & Garden Suite. As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended. 10 to 14 days before you arrive in Barbados you will receive a useful information pack that includes 2 unique offers for use on my friends’ personalised boat trips, as well as maps and many general tips designed to help you get the most out of your holiday.
